Welcome to Invisible But Real

A caring space to explore, learn, and support each other around conditions you may not see, but that matter deeply.

About Us

Who We Are

Invisible But Real is a digital publication dedicated to raising awareness about invisible disabilities and chronic illnesses. Our fatigue is not laziness, our episodes are not psychological, and our sensory sensitivities are not an exaggeration. We are not attention-seeking.

These are all real and significant parts of our lives. I created this page for everyone living with invisible struggles.

As someone facing these invisible challenges too,I am here to remind us that we are not alone and to help make the invisible visible❤️.

Why “Invisible But Real” Matters

Reduce Stigma

Many people with invisible illnesses are doubted or judged because they don’t “look sick.” Awareness helps remind us that not every struggle is visible.

Education & Awareness

Workplaces, schools, and communities become more supportive and inclusive when people recognize that not every struggle is obvious.

Supportive Community

When invisible illnesses are better understood, diagnosis can happen earlier, and people can receive the care and support they need sooner. That can make a meaningful difference in someone’s quality of life.

Our Vision

A More Inclusive World

We envision a future where invisible disabilities are understood, accepted, and supported everywhere. Through advocacy, storytelling, and education, we aim to break barriers and build empathy.
